Personal Care Worker

To be considered for this role, you are required to have the following:

• Australian Residency.
• Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or TAFE equivalent.
• A minimum Cert III or equivalent in disability or community services. This may be in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a Certificate IV in Disability.
• Demonstrated understanding of the disability sector.
• Demonstrated employment history that reflects kindness, consideration, empathy and respect whilst maintaining client privacy and dignity.

Support Worker

To be considered for this role, you are required to have the following:

• Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or TAFE equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of the disability sector.
• Demonstrated employment or practical history that reflects kindness, consideration, empathy and respect whilst maintaining client privacy and dignity.
• Value and truly enjoy the company of vulnerable people and those living with a disability; to have a mature and non-judgemental approach, to be reliable and accountable.
• Be happy to go the extra mile to help and provide support services.

Cleaner

To be a DASH cleaner, you are required to be one hundred percent honest and reliable, conscientious, neat, considerate and respectful. If you know you can help others maintain their liveable spaces and enable them to reach their goals, this role is for you.

Skills facilitator / Learning and development officer

To be considered for this role, you are required to have the following:

• Australian Residency.
• Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or TAFE equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of the disability sector.
• Demonstrated employment history and or studies of a special skill or ability that can help people with disabilities execute their plans and achieve their goals with success.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge under a mature and non-judgemental approach.
