This is a recommendation for Dash, if anyone requires a trustworthy company to deal with NDIS funded care. I am a GP and one of my daughters lives on my property with her daughter. My daughter has MS and will never work, yet continues to care for her daughter as a single Mum. Since my daughter has been accepted under the NDIS umbrella, her quality of life has improved significantly. From time to time I interact with the carers, who are wonderful. Libby is someone I see most, due to our work timetables. She is fantastic: respectful, hard working, with lots of life experience which we all value so much. Then there is Kat, who maintains my daughter’s area of garden. She is actually a horticulturalist who loves helping my daughter and granddaughter have a pleasant outdoor space. Then there is the ‘boss’, Mariana. She has built a company based on a genuine concern for helping disabled people do the things the rest of us take for granted. I know she has a tertiary degree in this area. Mostly, my life experience confirms that Mariana is committed to running Dash as a company that helps. As an elderly person now, 70 years old, I am grateful there are still companies whose primary concern is to help people with disability, rather than a company who overcharges. If you or someone you love has a genuine NDIS need, I could, and do, highly recommend Dash.
